Grand Tradition Events

What time does the festival start?

Grand Tradition’s Jazz & Wine Festivals offer much more than just a jazz concert. Three stages throughout the gardens will host performances from 3:30 – 6:00 pm, allowing you to hear multiple artists all at one event. All of the garden performances will end at 6:30 pm, allowing time for you to make your way to the main stage for the opening act kicking off at 6:45 pm. There will be a half hour intermission, and the main headline talent will begin at 8:00 pm and entertain straight through until 9:30 pm. Overall, attending a Jazz & Wine Festival is a 6-hour event and an unforgettable evening of jazz.

If you prefer to purchase and pick up your tickets in person, you may visit the Box Office at Grand Tradition. Grand Tradition’s concierge will assist with your purchase and print your tickets for you. All REVV tickets will be available for purchase including performances at The Centre.

What does General Admission Include?

General Admission includes free parking (auxiliary unpaved lot), entry, entertainment, and open lawn seating.  You are encouraged to bring a low back lawn/beach chair and or blanket for your comfort. General Admission does not include food and beverage. A pre-show dinner may be added to any ticket type for an additional cost.  Additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

What does Signature Theatre Seating Admission include?

Signature Garden Theatre Admission includes free parking (auxiliary unpaved lot), entry, entertainment, and an assigned seat in front of the main stage for the opening act and main headliner.  Please be aware, your purchased theatre seat is located at the main stage for the opening and headline performances.  Performances at the three garden stages are non-seated. Signature Garden Theatre Tickets do not include food and beverage. A pre-show dinner may be added to any ticket type for an additional cost. Additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

What does the Pre-Show Dinner Include?

NEW this year; the Beverly Mansion will be open to anyone wanting a pre-show, all-you-can-eat, gourmet dinner and dessert buffet.  Reservations for dinner MUST accompany a purchased ticket and may be added to ANY ticket type.  In addition to dinner and dessert, enjoy expedited guest entry and exclusive access to the Beverly Mansion ballroom and indoor bar.  Open seating for dinner is available from 4:00 – 7:30 pm.  Please be advised if your party size is less than ten, you may be seated with others. Cost for the pre-show dinner includes tax and service charges.  Prices are per person.

Where will I park?

Grand Tradition has plenty of onsite, free parking available to all who attend. Parking is FREE in all auxiliary, unpaved parking lots. Preferred Parking in the front paved lots is available for a fee of $10/vehicle. Only vehicles displaying proper handicap placards will be allowed to park in the handicap designated spaces. During special events Grand Tradition provides an excess of handicap parking, however these spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

Is there a child admission?

Child admission tickets are not available.  Grand Tradition’s Jazz & Wine Festivals are geared towards adults; we do not encourage children to attend.  However, you are welcome to bring a child if you personally choose to.  Tickets for children will be the same admission price as an adult for the event.

What if I don’t have my admission tickets?

If you purchased your tickets online directly from Tix.com, or through our box office, we can easily verify your ticket purchase.  If you were unable to print your e-ticket barcode, or forgot your online tickets, you will need to proceed to the TICKET SALES booth located near the front entry gates of the event.  If you purchased a pre-printed paper ticket from the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance or directly from an Artist or their website, YOU MUST PRESENT THAT TICKET FOR ENTRY. NO EXCEPTIONS, pre-printed paper tickets are NOT replaceable.

What should I wear?

Typically, an evening concert will nod to more formal attire, however Grand Tradition concerts are held outside spread across eighteen acres of property.  Smart, sensible attire is most appropriate with a light weight sweater or jacket for the evening hours.  Comfortable footwear that is able to navigate various outdoor terrain is highly recommended.

Why do I have to wear a wristband?

Upon arrival through the entry gates, please have your ticket available to be scanned.  You will then have a specific colored wristband to wear signifying which ticket level you belong to.  ALL guests on the property will need to wear a wristband. Any person identified without a wristband to show proof of ticketed entry will be asked to leave.  Only guests with Signature Garden Theatre wristbands will be allowed into the seating area in front of the main stage.  Wristbands are required for the duration of the event. Wristbands may NOT be reused and will not be replaced if removed.

What time should I arrive?

Gates open at 3:00. It is best to arrive on time to enjoy all of the multiple performances throughout the gardens. Various jazz bands and musicians will begin promptly at 4:30 pm and play until 6:30 pm. The main stage opening act followed by the main headliner will begin at 6:45 pm.

What should I bring?

If you have purchased a General Admission ticket, you should bring a low back lawn chair and blanket for relaxed viewing of the concert on the open lawn seating area. A seat will be provided in front of the stage for all Signature Garden Theatre Tickets.  Food and beverage will be available for purchase at various locations.  No outside food and beverage will be allowed.

What should I NOT bring?

For the comfort, safety and clear viewing of all, umbrellas, sporting equipment, weapons, pets, and any outside food and beverages will NOT be allowed on the property.  Please be aware; security will be checking all personal belongings.

What kind of dining options will be available?

If you would like to add dinner and dessert to your concert experience, you may add the pre-show dinner to any ticket type.  A gourmet, all-you-can-eat dinner and dessert buffet will be available inside the Beverly Mansion from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.  Pre-Show Dinner reservations are limited.  Book yours early.

If you prefer something more relaxed, salads, sandwiches, snacks, desserts, and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.  All bars will stop serving alcoholic beverages at 9:00 pm.

How long is the concert?

The evening’s entertainment is non-stop! There will be multiple bands performing throughout the garden stages from 4:30-6:30 pm.  The opening act on the main stage will begins at 6:45 and wraps up at 7:30 pm.  There will be a 30-minute intermission from 7:30-8:00 pm when the main headline act will take the stage.  The main act is a 90-minute show concluding at 9:30 pm.  If you have difficulty sitting that long or simple feel the beat, please feel free to get up and dance.  The side areas of the seating sections will be open for standing and dancing to your favorite beats.  Please be considerate of others and not stand or dance directly in front of seats.

Will there be security present?

Yes, at any large public event safety and security is of highest importance.  Local sheriff will be onsite along with staff and professional security patrol officers.  Security will be searching personal belongings at the entry gates.  Please leave weapons, sporting equipment, pets, outside food, beverages, and alcohol at home.  Discovery of these items may result in denied entry or confiscation.  Service pets with proper identification will be permitted.

Why do I need my I.D. checked if I am obviously over 21?

As part of our legal obligation to serve alcoholic beverages, ALL Grand Tradition bartenders and staff are trained to request identification to validate your legal drinking age.  With the high volume of traffic at the bars during special events, we will only card you once and validate your age with a visible verification, so you may enjoy drinks from the bars for the remainder of the evening in a timelier fashion.  Thank you for your cooperation and drinking responsibly.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Yes, the buildings and property are handicap accessible.  Please be aware that open pathways for wheelchairs and motorized vehicles will be congested during special events and additional patience is required.  Grand Tradition does NOT provide wheelchairs or motorized vehicles, if you should require the use of a wheelchair, motorized vehicle, or any type of physical assistance apparatus, please bring it with you.  Handicapped guests with proper current handicap placards will be parked in handicap parking stalls. Please understand the Grand Tradition property encompasses more than eighteen landscaped acres of outdoor space with various rugged terrains.  The majority of space surrounding the main performing stage and where most general admission will sit is lawn.  Please prepare accordingly for this type of turf.

May I cancel my tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable. Please make sure your schedule is clear and you, along with all others in your party are able to attend before purchasing.

What time does the concert start?

The shows begin at 7:00 PM and will be approximately 75 minutes long. Doors open for concert seating at 6:00 PM.

What does General Admission Include?

General Admission includes free self or valet parking, entry, entertainment, and un-reserved seating in a padded white folding chair. General Admission does not include food and beverage. A pre-show dinner may be added to any ticket type for an additional cost.  Additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

What do the VIP tickets include?

VIP tickets include free self or valet parking, entry, entertainment, and an assigned seat in the first two rows closets to the stage. These are considered premium seats given their proximity to the stage. VIP tickets also include a meet and greet with the Artist following the show. VIP tickets do not include food and beverage. A pre-show dinner may be added to any ticket type for an additional cost. Additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

What is included with the Cabanas?

There are two cabanas available for purchase for each show. The cabanas can fit up to 10 people and include free self or valet parking, entry, entertainment, and dinner for 10 people within a cabana that has a slightly obstructed view of the stage. The cabanas are a fun and comfortable way to take in a concert with friends. A server will be available to take drink and/or additional food orders.

What does the Pre-Show Dinner Include?

A three-course dinner at Chef Deborah Scott’s Vintana Wine + Dine can be added to any ticket type. Dinner will be served before the show on the Vintana lanai immediately adjacent to the concert venue. Dinner may be added to ANY ticket type. Reservations for the pre-show dinner are limited. After booking a dinner with your tickets, make a table reservation for your party by calling Vintana at 760-745-7777. When making your reservation, please notify the host that you will be attending the concert.

Where will I park?

The Centre offers both self-parking and valet parking for your convenience.  Valet parking is available starting at 5:00 PM daily.  Both self and valet parking are complimentary.  Please adhere to all signs regarding speed limit and where to park when at The Centre.  Only vehicles displaying proper handicap placards will be allowed to park in the handicap designated spaces.

Is there a child admission?

Child admission tickets are not available.  The Centre’s concerts are geared towards adults.  However, if you choose to bring children, tickets must be purchased and are the same price as an adult.

Concerts at The Centre are outside. Typically, the weather is comfortable in the evenings in the summer, but temperatures can vary so it is best to be prepared by bringing a sweater or jacket which can be worn if necessary.
